Audio-Transformers for Studio/HiFi

All output transformers for HiFi- or Stuido amplification are made with the British GOSS annealed M6X lamination. This core allow higher inductions and less hysteresis losses. We are are offering two mains designs, one with an 8 Ohms secondary output or one with a multiple output for 4,8 and 16 Ohms.

For an ultra linear reproduction, the transformers have seperate screen-grid taps at 20% for EL84, 33% for EL34 or at 43% for all others pentode valves.

All transformers are wounded on a two chamber bobbin for a fully capacity and resistance balance. They have 14 or 18 interleaved seperate winding sections for the best possible coupling factor and low leakage inductiviy values. On special request we are able to build you own designed output transformer too, just for example, with seperate screen-grid windings, a seperate NFB winding or with other special winding constructions.

Generally our transformers comes with two transformer shrouds for a vertical mounting. The flying lead length is 2". On demand, they are available for horizontal mounting too.
